3) Then hit the "Complete Purchase" button.

4) The next page containing name and password is what sets up the user of the membership for the online membership platform. Their information goes in the boxes, not the information of the purchasing agent/buyer, if those people are different.

5) Purchase receipt will be automatically sent to the end user's email address as entered on the form. User should forward it or print it and get it to the purchasing agent/buyer for filing.
